First map in the Political - Gdp series!
The number of territories in each Region is the square root of its Gdp (In billions of euros). The Bonus Regions are more arbitrary but follow the general rule of giving each territory a bonus value of ~1. The square root is used to flatten the difference between regions in a fair way.
The map can be suited for diplos as well as for FFAs;
