Pretty well made map with no errors detected (I can only speak for myself in that) best distribution method would be the testing one.
Note if you plan to this map in one sitting, you are in for a long haul.

some minor problems
such as small river valley south not connecting to small river valley central
(or thats what i think it was?)
I would recommend you reverse your power scaling you make smaller territories worth more then larger. The fact is smaller bonus are worth more then larger ones already because its easier to get the bonus. So make it so the more territories in a bonus the more extra point you get
Anyways good map is actually very interesting in and of it self

I would have given 4 stars because I felt that there should have been more paths to the south but this map is such a well structured map that I gave it 5 stars. This is a long game and you can easily lose if you dont move wisely. Great job!

If you enjoy playing single-player against the AI, this is a really fun map. AI seems to do better on this map for some reason.

Great map, could use a less "safespots". As in starting in the toes is a sure win if you don't let any gap. Something else on the minus side : some bonuses are waaaay too big (the ones that deals with full empire, full elves...). I played stacking sanctions cards (with a 4 turns without any troops malus) in order to stop the army flood in the end (been stacking them since the beginning, spent the last 40 turns without fresh troops and yet, I had like 17 000 troops on the map).

Good and very fun, but there is a major north-south of the map imbalance, the north being vastly overpowered.
PS: Congrats on the fantasy realm - I actually wanted to RP in there ;-)

While I enjoy larger, creative maps, this one has some issues that make it frustrating. Several missing or incorrect connections between territories and you have to check which river crossings work or don't work.

Great map for a long game !
I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the mega bonuses : they are quite awesome but impractical, the major offenders being the Imperial Bonus (if you conquer it you already own half the map, no need for 200 more troops and in the case of an "empire vs rest of the world" scenario, you're at serious risk of loosing quickly a big part of your income) and the Barbarians bonus (it's too scattered to really matter).
Maybe dividing each of them in 3 would bring to the map the little thing that would grant my fifth star.
Appart from that, it's a beautifull, balanced, hard and interesting map. I had fun playing it.

not my favorite. paths in the top were not obvious ... not sure why I would want to play this rather than a more 'real' map where I have a better feel for the geography because of familiarity.
