A nicely drawn map which could have been so much better without the huge bonuses in Latvia. A player can get one army from Riga but otherwise they have to conquer around 20 territories for each other bonus. Meanwhile, anyone starting out in Lithuania or Estonia will have a more normal expansion and be in a far better position within a few turns.
Also, minor nitpick, shouldn't Latvia's flag be less purple and more red?

Yeah, ðanks for your comment. It's just my first map I did and I was just happy þat everyðing's working, so I didn't really look at þe balancing. Þis will definetly change on future maps, I make. I couldn't find any smaller region partitioning in Latvia, so I did it like þis.
Edit: I changed it now, just need sto be verified.
