Wow! Great for the community that you have created this map.

Looking at the original map page (https://www.warzone.com/Map/15987-Issanders-New-Strategic-System-Africa), the comments are full of praise for the concept but equally full of criticism of the lack of clarity. A google search reveals more of the same, plus examples of people's efforts to make the map comprehensible (e.g. https://www.warzone.com/Forum/227844-african-elitism-guide-colorblinddummies; https://www.warzone.com/Forum/227772-season-xxvii-elitism-africa-start-practicing).

The seasonal ladder thread had the last word on the issue "the map creator isn't active on warlight anymore and nobody wants to recreate the map as it's a lot of work "... until now. As one of the 7% of men who is colourblind, having tried and failed to get to grips with the original, I'm happy that I will finally be able to play it.

This version has at least one error (wrong bonus-value inside Congo). Once the issues are ironed out, Version 2.1 will get 5 stars from me.

I can't decide what I'm more angry about, Miley Cyrus ruining "Smells Like Teen Spirit" or you butchering Issander's Africa. I think it's time you found another hobby, this map looks like it was drawn with crayons. I have one positive thing to say - before I go to leave bad reviews on all your other maps - I honestly thought implementing the inss bonus system would be beyond you, good job!
