This is an interestingly designed map. To better highlight the title, the actions of the NPC should be more pre-programmed and thus there is only one true solution to achieve the gold star. As-is now, there are two possible openings: one where the player is left with 3 troops on the starting island and one where the player is left with 5 troops after the first round. The gold star is also dependent on how the NPCs attempt to attack each other, often the top NPC would acquire all the bonuses on the top side thus making it near impossible to even beat. The gold star is achieved after restarting many times until the NPCs prevent each other from completing bonuses. It didn't feel like I did anything different or significant after being patient for about 3 rounds out of the first 5/6 rounds.

Wow! Found this map well into the single player track. Took me by surprise. A great little map and although small quite challenging too - took me a few tries to crack :-) Good work.

For those of you who said they beat this map, you are obviously more patient than me. I've played it 8 times now and still haven't been able to get more than the 5 armies per turn you start with. Seems impossible to me to be able to take a bonus territory and keep it for the bonus. This is just way to hard for as small as it is, I give up!

this was a zero skill game. there was only one starting position which you realized the very first time you fail and then it takes forever for the game to allow you to actually start there. what an absolute waste of time
