I lived in Seattle. Nice to see familiar names. Interesting representation of the breakup between neighborhoods with the freeway. I liked the ferry. Some connections and non-connections were surprising.

Nice map, the bonuses are a good size and provide interesting points of conflict. The waterway connections make sure its not too easy to win just by starting at one end. There are interesting locations for blockades if you're playing with those cards.
The legend text could be stretch a bit more and a background colour (blue for water?) would make this a 5 star map.
