Description

A polar projection map of the Arctic and surrounding subarctic. The map terminates at 50th parallel North. "Arctic Ocean" is an unofficial sequal to the ocean series by muligan, and includes iconic elements of the other ocean maps, such as ships and ports. Thanks to muligan, who has retired. With this map I have finished his work.

Oh my god. It's like my dream come true. A GOOD, BIG Arctic map. I have been waiting for this day for so long.

Only two complaints:
1. The water could be a little bit of a lighter shade.
2. I think you went just a little bit overboard on the ice. Unless this is a Day After Tomorrow themed map?

Regardless, 10/10

PS: I love you

Thanks for the glowing review. The ice in this map is the max extent for winter 2017 (it actually reaches the furthest in March). The whiter ice in the center is the summer extent. I know it looks weird but the winter ice really does extend that far.

Love it! The different perspective is incredible. It's easy to forget how close East and West really are.

Really good map, only problems I see are that Lake Athabasca and Reindeer Lake should be a different color. Nice job!

Cool Idea, and I like the ships, but the gameplay is not the most interesting and it can be quite messy.
