I'm questioning whether this should be listed as a Real World map or not since literally all of the map's territories are fictionally named after. But ehm after all this map plays pretty decent.

Great point -- The location is real world but since the island is so tiny there aren't enough geographical points/places to use as territory and bonus names. I will probably move this to fictional in successive versions.

This map is a lot more challenging than it looks. Far from its mild-mannered appearance, this is a no-holds-barred, no-chokepoint-having slugfest. I love it!
A couple of connection issues:
Ytorq Ice Plains should connect to The Glimmering Desert
The Reflecting Forests should not connect to The Yquht Snow Fields
