I like the concept, but my appreciation of this map ends shortly after that. The bonuses are inconsistent and imbalanced. The land bridge territory has serious overlap issues. The connections are limited and inhibit gameplay. The territories are sloppily rendered.
This really could be a great map if executed correctly. The Bering Land Bridge is messed up, as Nathan said, and the bonuses are way too powerful. The ice caps, for example: 10 armies for five territories. Ideally, a ten-territory bonus would be worth 6-7 armies per turn. Try again. This idea really has great potential, but it needs to be done properly. 2/5. I'll change it to 3/5 if you fix the bonuses, and/or (preferably and) fix the Bering Land Bridge. I'll even think about 4/5 if you also add blue water. :)
