Not bad at all. I was skeptical as I read one comment praising the number of chokepoints in this map - but it really does play out that way. Not an easy feat for a pure borders-based map.
I may be a bit slow, but what does the "plane system" mean? At first I thought it referred to air traffic divisions, but it seems unlikely as Wyoming has as many territories as New York. Nor do I see anything indicating the prevalence of planes in a geometric sense.
