First Hexagons could line up for the map to look better, second there is a missed connection, third, the bonuses are vast in territories and then small in amount. A note for positive really liked the short cuts in the middle of the larger sections cut travel time by a lot.

there are too much long distances with only one way to go and the bonuses are also not good balanced.
