Risk is for Tactic, not for luck or lottery. You can play online Bingo if you want, but risk should not be a pure lottery.

It is designed for lottery games in which the winner is picked randomly in turn 1, but the bonus value can also be set to zero for an intense 40 player FFA in which anyone can be attacked by any of the other 39 players.
