Very different strategy. Do not worry about holding territory, go for the bonuses and hold them, build your army and then annihilate.

Make no mistake; even though it looks like a WL map at first glance, this is not a WL map at all. It's a political statement camouflaged as a WL map (how else to explain both Russia and the Black Sea Fleet are bonuses; Ukraine has no bonus and Ukrainian military installations aren't even on the map).

If we pretend this to be a WL map, it's one of the worst ones on the site. Roughly 80% of territories do not belong to any bonus at all. A contiguous region of seven territories contains all-but-one of the bonuses which do exist. The distribution mode is completely skewed in Russia's favour: it is essentially a race to "Simferopol Raion". While Ukraine will seem to win this (it is one turn closer), by the time both players get there Russia will have an additional 15 armies, ensuring an easy victory.

The only thing I like about this map is that I haven't found any missing connections...

Timely and, perhaps appropriately, heavily weighted in favor of Russia. Unfortunately, it's not well-suited for Warlight gameplay. There are not really bonus areas, just a few territories that grant 3 bonus armies.

I think everyone understand the message of this map. Later you should make it for balanced wl games.

Very fun map! I like how it is the control of the cities/HQs/ports that grants you additional armies.
