I like it, but it's weird that Southern Bassarabia does not connect to Moldova and that Western Serbia does not connect to Vojvodina.

Good map, underplayed. 3/5 I like it for diplomacies, but low territory count and boni combined with missing connections and poor territory names drop this from 4 to 3. Also, the missing connections I found:
Central Croatia-Federation of Bosnia and Herecegovina
Vojvodina-Western Serbia
Also, check around Southern Bassarabia.

Some territories that share borders with each other act as they don't. You can't move armies between them. Other than that, everything is fine.

Messy borderlines, that hurt the eyes and several missing connections on this small scale map, which have obviously never been fixed, makes me wonder why anyone could give this uncaringly made map a good rating or a praising review.

Wrong place names and territory divisions.
It't Kosovo (or Kosova) and not Kosmet, and it's not part of Serbia.
