Psychologically yes. But Little Pea is becoming Solsjkaer for United and lots of fans would be excited to see him play more, also we have kagawa not playing. So the team would still be good. But a stiker is what Chelsea are missing so I can't see him going there. Selling to rivals is not United's style.

For some reason Mata doesnt seem to be in flavour, im not sure why but De Bruyne looks bloody awesome. if im honest i havnt seen much of Schurrle so it will be interesting to see him tonight

Yep I've always been a Blues fan, I agree De Bruyne is brilliant, I've watched both Matches, his passing is superb. I don't think Mourinho has found the best team yet, I'm thinking he's trying to rotate to get a feel of every players ability.

Schurrle at first sight when he came on in the Hull game, he is quite fast, and gets involved quite a bit, I'm excited to see him play more. We also now have Wilian who could be good. Mata I think is the key to the team, last year he was by far our best player.

I really don't think Schürrle has what it takes to continue being first choice. He has good pace, works a lot and has a very very decent shot, but everything else about him is just about average. Solid, but average. Sure, he's still young and his physique is top notch and all but I doubt he'll improve very much. He definitely is best as a winger and there the competition is too tough for him I think.

De Bruyne, however, is pure gold (although he seems to be an arrogant little brat). I wish Chelsea had let us have him on loan for one more year... =/

Yes I agree about mata, I don't understand why he isn't playing really. For me he would be one of the first people on the team sheet. He seems out of flavour with mourniho for some reason

Pretty stale first half. At the moment this has hot 0-0 written all over it. Chelsea's passing has been pretty poor let hope the second half improves. I'd like to see lakaku brought on. He did score a hat trick against manu last season lol

@gnul it's quite interesting what you say about schurrle. I haven't seen enough of him to comment enough. He certainly isn't our Drogba replacement. I'm sure we will still buy a striker before the window closes, However most the good ones have already moved clubs.

I agree that Lukaku needs a run. He could be your next Drogba. I don't understand that Chelsea buy so many good young players but never play them!

Well 0-0 not bad, it was Away and we started off with no striker and no mata. Schurrle hasn't proved himself yet, but I agree Gnull he's not going to improve a lot. I want to see more of Lukaku cause he is the new Drogba, he was a beast for west brom last season, he could be a 1st team striker easily. Another thing Oscar is playing really well at the moment.

I think United could have had their pick honestly I do. Because of the way United has been built what manager wouldn't want that job? It's unthinkable to me that Man U would sack a guy who had won the double and then finished second. Or won the league one year and following year a cup final (which his own board probably lost for him).

Fergie was a talent but he was given time and power to make a team, and then to make it again. No player was ever bigger than the club. And I think the trust Fergie had to stand up to (or for) players etc was the big difference in the last ... wow couple of decades.

Moyles hasn't won the trophies Fergie did pre United but Fergie chose him and to me that says enough - how often was the fella right before after all? the signings (and the sales) are to legion to mention.

More and more these days as managers come and go to be replaced by another guy who will be gone himself in 18 months if he's long lived. I think stability is so important to a club. United will trust Moyes they will support him and that will be rewarded.

I agree with you there Ska. I am skeptical of Moyes but I also think that with the talent in the club, he will do pretty well. Stability is very important - I think we should give Moyes a chance (two seasons to do well in at least).

Not really consecutive, but they do have a lot of trophies.

But i really dislike soccer played like that. One team is defending whole game with all 11 players, while other team makes attack whole game, and then team that is defending makes one counterattack, scores goal, and keeps defending.

Ah if all football was played in the same style though you wouldn't appreciate your Barcelonas or Arsenals so much.

It is consecutive if you win in consecutive years as Chelsea did with the Champions League then the next year another European trophy the Europa League.

What's wrong with defending? In my opinion defense is one of the most important parts of football, along with attacking.

Raised on TV highlights, no doubt. Try watching a whole 90 minutes and you will be able to appreciate the skill of defense.

Chelsea play to win games, its a simple as that. they play the strategy that best suits the opponent.

Do you really think that any team can match up to teams like Barcelona and play possession passing play? Barcelona would wipe the floor with you. Chelsea know that they will have the possession no matter what so let them have it and see if they can get passed us. its not pretty but it takes a lot of teamwork and tremendous skill.
