It really does just appear to be an argument of semantics. Technically speaking Brain/Pulsey/Jehovah is pointing out something that is grammatically contradictory. However, realistically these clans are not really actively recruiting. So in an esoteric sense they are invite only.

Apex is clearly better than the aforementioned clans, we don't contradict ourselves in our clan page.

But we use words we don't understand.

Pulsey, I didn't misunderstand your post, you misunderstood mine.

Though you're right, every clan can claim they're invite only.

This really is an argument of language semantics as Gentlemen said and when a clan says "invite only" it looks more professional. Beyond that, the purpose is rather vague.

There is a sound difference between elite and elitist, but in this game I don't mind having it used interchangeably. I really couldn't care less if players labelled me elitist on this game, especially the forum lesbian.

If thats the case, then every clan in Warlight can call themselves an 'invite only' clan, since you can't join a clan unless you are invited.

I think that even you can see a difference between how does clans mentioned above invite players and how it looks like in some other clans. For example I heard about Illuminatti first, when I received invitation to their clan. Invitations actually. 3 times a day.
Also I can bet, that most of clans if you ask them "hey, can I join you" will answer you: "sure, lemme just send you invitation"
Those clans are rather open clans, where almost everyone can join.

On the other hand we've got clans like LYNX or WM, where most players are being invited. For example I was invited to both Lynx and WM, and beside that I needed to pass through some test games before received actual invitation. This is how I understand difference between "invite only" clans, and those, witch are "open to join"

Your enquiry will be made harder by the fact that the line isn't so thick as you would make it out to be. A lot of us might be still exploring our sexuality or be clearly bisexual in the case that we just happen to be with the person whom we are with not singularly on a sexual attraction but because of the sum of that person

The follow statement by Gentlemen has confused me and lead me to hypothesize the following scenarios:

A. He's married to Aranka's boobs

B. He's married to Aranka

C. Gentlemen's wife is a frequenter of this forum and possibly lesbian

D. He's married to X

E. He's married to Lawlz

F. Gentlemen is in a polygamous relationship and all the above scenarios are true

To Aranka's statement: Acting and exploring your sexuality is a luxury afforded to a stable society and people are easily molded by their experiences and environment. At the same time, there seems to be cases where people are hardwired into a certain preference that goes against anything they should have gathered from their environment, which may imply a genetic predisposition.

So to your point, the line each person draws is different; yours may be blurred, while other's are very clear. Lawlz's is probably just lonely and trying to broaden the spectrum of people who will communicate with him.
