aye, my current ranking is just to do with games expiring, and a few people (eg Gui/Richelieu) taking a break from the ladders. i've not actually won more games recently, or anything.

To me he is clearly the top. Best of the best, at this point you can even call Impaller back.

You can see who is playing the tournament, which makes his record even more impressive. I am very happy that i am one of his defeats in his 17-2.

And, while we are in the subject.
He is level AAA alone,

in level AA we have zibik, fatih, HHH, the name changer (no disrespect, i just don't know which name to use), Zaeban and Teddy, but the last 2 seem to be M.I.A.
Lobstrosity, Salahadin (wont search for spelling right), and sze can be in this list, but i didnt saw enough.

In level A there would be 20 to 40 players.

To offense to anyone, but to me The Impaller is still the best 1v1 player on Warlight.

Earlier in this forum I said Unknown Soldier wouldnt hold his #1 ranking long and I was wrong! Hes 24-2 in his last 26 ladder games and is on top of the ladder by 104 points over 2nd place!Of what ive seen in the ladder and that tournament he is definitely the top 1v1 player on medium earth! Keep it up Unknown Soldier!

He won against Lobstrosity by boot before the game even started though so that one doesnt really show how good he is.

nevermind. lobsterman got stuck in his rocking chair. got booted.

i made a game: unknown vs impaller. impaller is around and should be able to take a turn once a week or so.

lobsterman should've done that against me. my rating would've hit 2300.

If Zaeban ever comes back I'd like to see Unknown Soldier vs Zaeban.

Yeah that really bothers me, I got stuck at work and did not make it back in time... that's what I get for not playing serious games on weekends. And I was looking forward to that one too.

yeah. i imagine lobsterman sat paralyzed in front of his computer for three days straight, filthy and pungent, hair disheveled. after not being able to decide on a set plan to counter the invincible soldier who happens to be unknown, he watched as he was booted.

well, it has happened. uncle joe at start of barbarossa, the french at the start of the campaign in the west (actually, more like the entire campaign :( ). percivals ?defense? of singapore.

though i have no doubt that lob is made of sterner stuff than those examples.

when i have tricky moves to make, i often wait until i have plenty of time and am feeling wide awake, before moving. whilst simple moves i might make anytime.

Holy Moses, I figured it out. Unknown is Impaller! Unknown is Impallers new account, he was too embarrassed when he lost to the world, so he had to make a new account!
