You would definitely not be able to break by force through Tomsk and I could (deooending on your troop count) either prepare russia to be taken, or (what is more probable) wait for order priority card, blockade russia and hit mongolia hard while taking greenland...

I really don't understand how do you want to take my bonus with 1 income advantage and huge defensive commitment.
