This map (of terror attacks since 9/11) is making the rounds on the internet. It just goes to show how well Poland is dealing with the Islam problem and why I recently warmed up to them. NOTE: It lumps in the Irish-British conflict and War in Donbass as terrorism.

ok, reading this stuff took me some time,
and i admit, the topics changed like the weather at my place in the last week :P
Anyway,

For our Moldavian friend, here is my thoughs
-first is depending on what study topic are you going for.And from the countries you listed, Romania,Ukraine and Poland seems the best choices (more the first 2 ). Also, besides the countries you said and the ones you didn't like to go (England, France, Netherlands etc ), there are also some good universities in Switzerland (Zurich,Geneva ), Italy (Bolognia,Rome,Milan) or Austria (Vienna )
Other good ones can be in Copenhagen, Prague or Barcelona. But as I said, depends on what you want to study.

-second should be the money you need .I do not know much in this matter (though i need too , since next year im going to university too.) In Romania's case, i think is cheap; though for all the necesities you need for 1 month, you need like 500 ron (depends on situation )

Now to comment some things here..
1.About asking for suggestions here.
Why not ? Though indeed is recomneded to search specialized forums for that, warlight can be also a good asking place (like me asking for help with my french homeworks , not on forums though ).Everyone here have diferent experience so it can be usefull at a certain point to help someone.
