Fireblade, you have a point, but here are some facts you should consider:

1. The millions of immigrants coming into Europe are bringing down the standard of living here.

2. The workforce is bloated, depressing wages. The middle class in Europe is collapsing and people are earning less today than they did 10 years ago, even though the cost of living continues to rise.

3. Many immigrants live off welfare which causes European governments enormous strain.

Immigration is causing the European economy to struggle. Those who profit are businesses and corporations and those who suffer are the EU nationals who were born in these countries. Knowing this, does it really surprise you that Europeans are frustrated? Instead of immigrants working to solve the problems in their own countries, they're coming to Europe and causing new problems. It sound harsh, but it's a reality.

Some might say that the fault lies with profit-oriented corporations from developed or developing countries like the US, Britain, China, India, etc. Those people would be partially correct. However, those who support these corporations by buying their products, i.e. almost everyone, is also to blame.

Also, many of the immigrants who come to Europe don't want try be a part of the culture. Many just live there, while preserving their own culture, showing little respect for the host nation's traditions. Treat people the way you want to be treated, put yourself in their shoes.

Before you say something like "Well, they had colonies, that's bad too" remember: If you blame the present generation for the past, you will teach the future to blame you for their problems as well.

dl;tr? - The point of this discussion is simple, gain perspective.

It's tl;dr, if I'm not very much mistaken...

What the UK (et others) need is an army of rednecks to make a stand.

In that case they should consider hiring American Southern Baptists as mercenaries.
