@Pushover There's been 17 seasons without cyclic move order, I don't see why it would ever change. There's been 16 seasons with 16% WR then it was changed to 0% WR so :P If you decide to withdraw from the league you should say so clearly so Frank knows not to include you next season. I think I was clear :P Btw, your analyzes are very good, thx and keep it on :P @ps if you're quitting could you do it now and surrender our game :p would really help me not relegate :D Be optimistic, you can win that game with own power :P @Krzychu What the hell, you became a clanmember? :O There's been 17 seasons without cyclic move order, I don't see why it would ever change. Isn't it just following 1v1 ladder settings?
0% SR is not so important for me, but the pure gambling random move order must change here too... @Jefferspin ^^ It is so I have a feeling the Doctor is out. Your feeling is wrong. Do you know what does Frank's name mean? I tell you: FrankDeSlimste=FrankTheSmartest And I tell you too that Lolowut wrote this in an other topic: I played with Frankdeslimste on the ladder and clan league, and I'm playing with him again this clan league. He has probably the worst first order luck I've ever seen. So what is your feeling now Jeff? :P @Frankdemooiste Please, please, please :D Jokes aside, I really do not understand why some people want the random move order so hard instead of the cyclic one... I understand why 0% WR better than 0% SR (because the risk management possibility) but why better random move order than cyclic?...

It's up to Frank whether the template gets changed based on ladder or not. If template changes to SR I'll probably start up another version of the league that maintains the classic settings so that people can choose which one they want to participate in. I like the classic settings too much. But I also imagine Frank likes classic settings too much too!
Current P/R League: ME with 0% WR luck and random move order
New 1v1 ladder: MME with 0% SR luck and cyclic move order
Dr. Walter Ego's proposed settings: ME with 0% WR luck and cyclic move order
On move order, I don't feel as strongly about this as SR/WR luck. On the one hand I do think that in certain scenarios cyclic move order promotes more simplistic strategies. Knowing in advance whether or not you have first or second move will limit what you try to do. On the other hand, in rare cases, a game can be decided solely due to move order. When weighing priorities I think the first consequence is more important - I would rather gameplay not be constrained.
On Krzychu joining a clan: this clan looks as serious as [20]. He probably joined so that other clans would maybe stop pestering him to join a clan :P

Knowing in advance whether or not you have first or second move will limit what you try to do. On the other hand, in rare cases, a game can be decided solely due to move order. I do not agree with you. I mean, when the move order is not important (the most of the time) doesn't matter we use cyclic or random move order. But when a first move become important, much rarer when you have GOOD ENOUGH alternative action than flip a coin and try to get the first move! Most of the time if you want to do the best action you must try getting the first move... And I am writing not only the game decide situations, but every situation where getting the first turn mean smaller or bigger advantage, and those are many and only in rare situations when you have got good enough alternative action! This is why I do not understand you. So you can afraid about we lost these VERY RARE situations. But I think, you do not have to afraid at all, because the priority card! I mean, if in a very important (game deciding) situation, both of you still have a prio card, the situation same like random move order, I mean you won't know whether you will have the first turn, or no, so you can find alternative strategies :P

Nah, I was busy, I am actually visiting a friend in another city right now!
GROUP A Krzychu (4-1) Jefferspin (4-2) FlyingBender (4-2) Master Miyagi • apex (1-1) timon92 (2-3) grona • apex (2-3) Ineffable (0-5)
Krzychu and others still waiting for the group's deciding games against Miyagi - all remaining games are against Miyagi you slow butt. :P Meanwhile Ineffable is guaranteed to relegate, and timon has the tiebreaker over grona for the relegation battle.
GROUP B Mirror (2-0) his balls. (2-2) Tenshi (1-1) Falker (1-1) Metatron (1-1) Orange (1-2) Frankdeslimste • apex (0-1)
Group is finally starting to take shape now that some games have finished. That shape, however, is ambiguous as all hell. A very competitive group! Mirror has the early lead but anything can happen.
GROUP C Master Turtle (4-1) Timinator (2-0) Pushover (3-2) [WM] Old Surehand (2-2) Beren Erchamion (2-2) Master Atom ◆Elite◆ (2-4) Bigchps147 (1-5)
Timinator is still undefeated, while Turtle has won all his games except against me and a pending game against Timi. It seems most likely that Timi and Turtle would promote - interesting because they were the promotions from D last season. Will group C just be a bus stop on the way to the top? (Looking at you group E) I still have a chance to promote but that requires me beating Timi. Meanwhile the two relegation spots are now certain: Atom and Bigchps will drop. Old Surehand has 2 boot losses already - he's gotten a reputation of being just active enough to stick around, but not inactive enough to just be dropped from the league already.
GROUP D Master Bjarke (6-0) - WINNER rocky1 (5-1) Maréchal Lannes, duc de Montebello (3-2) JV (2-2) ferede (1-4) smileyleg {TJC} (1-5) Andersault (1-5)
Congrats to Bjarke for winning group D with an undefeated record! rocky1 will promote along with him. JV has both remaining games, but he can only affect the relegation battle. If ferede beats JV, then he narrowly avoids relegation. If he loses, the him, smileyleg, and Andersault will be in an unbreakable tie for last place. In this scenario it wouldn't surprise me for all three players to relegate!
GROUP E Master of the Dead (4-1) Verzehrer (3-1) Dr. Walter Ego (2-1) Darkpie (2-2) Ollie (3-3) ps (2-4) Wenyun (0-4)
Ahhh the infamous group E. MoTD continues to win big, but he'll need one last win against Dr. Walter Ego if he's to claim the group win. Any of the top three could win this, but MoTD has already beaten Verzehrer. Wenyun looks like he's going to drop, and ps is also in danger, but his win against Darkpie could save him if Darkpie loses his final two games. (But this means Darkpie would have to lose to Wenyun... not looking good for ps)
GROUP F ChrisCMU (4-0) Don [ Ω ] (5-1) BlacKnight (2-2) [NL] ARand0mPlayer (2-3) Polakillo (1-2) NoobSchool (AHoL) • apex (0-0) ChristophU (0-2) [REGL] bobbob000 (0-4)
ChrisCMU has beaten Don in a game that might decide the winner of the group. Random player's win against ChristophU could prevent relegation. Noobschool has still not completed a game, making him the slowest player of the season so far. Come on Noob even Frank was able to finish a game!
GROUP G - FINISHED master of desaster (4-1, 1-0) - WINNER linberson (4-1, 0-1) <SNinja> almosttricky (3-2) Oh Noes (2-3, 1-0) Taishō (2-3, 0-1) Auroch (0-5)
Oh no! Taisho was in perfect position to win the group after starting 2-0 and beating MoD, but then he loses 3 straight and finishes second to last! MoD beats linberson to take the group (congrats!), with liberson finishing just behind for the other guaranteed promotion spot. Auroch goes winless and will certainly relegate.
GROUP H Peixoto (2-0) Stormers (2-1) Great Expanse (1-1) J0twe (0-3)
Peixoto and Great Expanse are still playing; the game's in turn 7.
GROUP I - FINISHED The Glorious Koala (4-0) - WINNER butterfly94 (3-1) MightySpeck (2-2) indibob (1-3) [WOLF] Colonel H Cardwell (0-4)
GROUP J1 - FINISHED USA Biches (6-1, 1-0) - WINNER Buns157 (6-1, 0-1) Gimli (5-2, 1-0) Hostile (5-2, 0-1) Fleecemaster (3-4) Platinum (2-5) Ω Cat Juggernaut (Tom's Guardian Angel) (1-6) Bayern München is the best! (0-7)
USA Bitches wins his final game to win the most competitive of the noob groups! Turtles take both top spots.
GROUP J2 Hades (5-1) Benjamin628 (5-1) awesomeusername (4-1) +SAM+ (3-2) Des (2-4) Ryzys (1-5) Jack (0-6)
I was premature to call the group for Hades! awesomeusername has put on a heck of a run, including a win against Hades, and if he wins his final game against SAM there will be a 3 way unbreakable tie for first place in this group!
GROUP J3 Kain (3-0) The Cruelest (3-1) Indiana Jones (3-1) Arkanton (3-2) ipg (1-4) Chewie (0-5) - Will be removed for inactivity
Arkanton finishes with a 3-2 record and could end up as low as 4th! Meanwhile, Kain's final two games against The Cruelist and Indiana Jones will decide the group. Note that The Cruelest has tiebreaker of Indiana Jones.

I wanted to quickly update group A cause I found new developments to be interesting...
GROUP A Krzychu (4-1) Jefferspin (4-2) FlyingBender (4-2) timon92 (3-3) grona • apex (2-3) Master Miyagi • apex (1-2) Ineffable (0-5)
timon92 has beaten Miyagi, now what does this mean for the group? timon now avoids relegation with certainty, and Miyagi must win all three of his remaining games to get to 4-2. If he does so, then there will be 4 players at 4-2: Krzychu, Jefferspin, FlyingBender, and Miyagi. Who wins the tiebreaker? It turns out... Miyagi! If Miyagi doesn't win out, but still beats Krzychu, then the tiebreaker between the top 3 would go to Jefferspin. And, of course, if Krzychu beats Miyagi then none of this matters and he will win Season 17. Unfortunately, FlyingBender has no chance to win group A this season.
Meanwhile, Miyagi's match with grona ends up deciding the second relegation spot: loser relegates! This is because Miyagi would lose tiebreakers to both timon and grona, even if he wins against Ineffable and Krzychu.
