We can just play week 1 and 2 at the same time of the NFL schedule.

How long is an NFL season? 16 games - 16 weeks (4 months)? + the play-offs?

Superbowl (Championship Game) is usually the first Sunday of February... this year it happens to be the 2nd so you can figure out from there... plus not every team plays every week (one bye week a season) so its actually 16 games over 17 weeks + playoffs

Hell bender I hate to break it to you ... but the only country NFL is widely followed is the U.S.A. I'd love to say the only continent but by and large the other Americans also don't care. Baseball, basketball and Hockey on the other hand are played a bit more around the world.

Also only 12 teams total make the playoffs 8 division winners and 4 wildcard teams.

So we still need a few more...

i would like the cheifs (from kc) but i know they are taken so unless you will change i will take the jets (i really don't care about any team but the cheifs)

Also and idea:

Seeing as how each team has their own stadium, I think it'd be a good idea for each player to have their own map/settings to act as their "home field."

I'd recommend their be no big maps but have free rain over the actual game settings with maybe 1 or 2 guidelines. This would lend a lot of variety and uniqueness to the tourney.

I would keep the home field and settings out of this. If you like that, then join the champions league.

i kinda like the home field thing but i agree that it could get out of hand but i still would love to use it (i am not joining champions league) but there needs to be regulations (a set of rules like the rules in baseball where there's limits that you can go to but there is some lenience) any input on that?
