For this mod to work, Commerce must be enabled. If Commerce isn't enabled, Gold (the currency of Commerce games) will act just like regular Income. To make Gold just like normal income, go to Armies, tick Commerce, untick Army Cost Multiplier and untick building Can Build Cities.

This mod allows each T territories to be worth -G Gold; similar to extra armies for territories, but in reverse. For this mod to work, Commerce must be enabled. If Commerce isn't enabled, Gold (the currency of Commerce games) will act just like regular Income. To make Gold just like normal income, go to Armies, tick Commerce, untick Army Cost Multiplier and untick building Can Build Cities.
