This mod will swap territories between players at the end of the turn. This mod will never swap a territory that has special units (like commanders).
The number of territories to swap and the chance of a swap can be configured by the game creator. If number of territories to swap is 0, all territories will be swapped. The chance of territories swapping is decided on a turn by turn basis.
