Myhandisonfire is locked up and can't be harmed.
Kantos is praying in the church for the night and can't be harmed.
There are two players carrying a deadly disease.
There are 16 witness cards left.

I am struggling with the tactics for this game.

Disease:

We can say for sure about the disease, that Kasparov was not patient zero. Furthermore, anyone voting for Kasparov can not be patient zero as well, unless he used a special action (like the sheriff locking me up, etc.).

I am pretty confident the disease can be contained by tracing the origin, as soon as our patient zero dies next night.

By the way Silver, can you please elaborate on the witness cards again?
Because the way it is and i see it, its a loophole into a town victory.

Witness - Every player has one time witness card. Can be played whenever. Will reveal only one specific action. Playing it will reveal his alignment on the next public report.

What does that mean?
What will it reveal and whoes alignment will be on the next public report?
The one witnessing or the one being witnessed?

Some clarification would be in order.

Me too his balls and as myhabd posted the first useful thing ever from a player so far I'm happy he's still playing keep on unravelling the game hand.

As for me the only thing I know so far is to try and not die.

The absolute worse case scenario would mean that everyone alive is infected.

Witness card:
It will reveal the alignment of the one who witnessed ie played the card.
Won't reveal the name, just as Criminal/Townie witnessed....
One specific action will mean that you tell me the name and then ask for the action on a specific phase (day 1, night 7, day13 etc) to be revealed.
This means that in case there was an action made by the player I will tell you.
For example: He saved *insert name*, he vaccinated *insert name*, he blocked *insert name* etc.
Or if there was no action then you wasted your card as I'll say he made no action.

Witness report itself isn't public it's private, so it will be your job to persuade others that he is what you saw him to be.
Yes I'm aware it may reveal his role. :)

What is the template?

So when I go and witness XYZ doing ABC it will reveal to me:

XYZ is doing ABC and he is a Criminal/townie

And in public:

Criminal Townie witnessed Criminal / townie doing ABC?


Also, can it be used at the night? I mean right now, witnessing the bandits and renegades killing?

No public would be:
*insert alignment* witnessed an action made on *insert phase*

The private report would be:
*insert name of the target of the witness card* *insert action made by the target* *insert name of the actions target*.
There is no information given on his alignment, YOUR (or whoever played the witness card) alignment will be revealed on the next public report.

Yes it can be used at night. You can't use it though you're in jail.
Yes, it will reveal shootings made by the witness target too (if there are any).

But you can't go and say I want to witness whoever shot him.
You have to give me a name to start it.

I dont mind it, but this is game breaking.

I could advise everyone to play the witness card on the next player in the list at the same phase (now).
The information gathered will be enough for a town victory.

In fact i can think of a variety of concerted actions that can be done, just havent put enough thought into it to find out which is the best option.
