diplomacy games are usually practice, yes. But not all custom distributions are diplomacy games. They should not be treated as equals.

Wow. I thought that Ra was something of a player. Yes the guy should have checked the settings, but that is just an obnoxious thing to do. Thanks for posting the link, Ra went straight to me blacklist.
