Broadcasting is the action of broadcasting what is fogged after losing a game with at least three teams.

The idea here is that if you can not win because of Team A you can at least help Team B win even if you have already lost.

It is an interesting mechanism in practice FFA games where no one really gains anything from eliminating everyone else. The threat of broadcasting may be able to deter elimination.

I'm talking about it as a strategy. Usually you can pm eliminated players for who eliminated him/her and where that happened. You can get some valuable information from that because an eliminated player no longer has anything to lose.

Broadcasting can completely change games. For example after Team A surrenders it can broadcast the location and income of Team B and Team C that attacked it so that Team B and Team C are partly unfogged. This helps other teams find or avoid them.

Since broadcasting is powerful the threat to broadcast should be able to deter players in practice FFA games from eliminating each other too often if enough players do broadcast.

This is not strategy it's unfair play to me, like pm an opponent to make an alliance and play 2v1v1v... in a FFA.

However not killing an opponent so he keeps annoying your other ennemies is a strategy, but sometimes reactions are not the ones expected https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=14178843
