99% sure it's Corsica. Speaks French, has seals that are super endangered, has ocean, and looks like Italy for the most part.

first pic has a sign that writes "site naturel protégé zo(ne)", which is used in France, so it's definitely from the land of baguettes.

where? the climate is temperate and feels like Mediterrean, so I say it's likely a coast of Southern France. my bet is Port-Cros National Park.
