Moros the reason people put Hawaii in North America is because most Americans (Including myself) know that Hawaii is a state and we are taught that it is closer to America so we put in our North American maps. Mainly ignorance but that is just how we learned it.

So if all of the American schools thought children that squids were fish, would that make it true?

Actually, like Alaska, it shoved into corners and given its own little box with its own latitude and longitude lines. Though sometimes confusing the " mentally challenged " by implanting the thought that Hawaii and Alaska swallow up a bunch of land / are in a different place than they actually are.

Yup, my point was that I understand the initial reason for the misconception, but it should not be more encouraged by putting Hawaii on maps of North America.

Just call the map United States and surrounding areas for pete sake

Just ignore it.When you play on the map put heavy blockades on oceanian islands.I myself am annoyed by this considering i made a map on oceania but I will regard it like the european maps that contain african territories.

@Crovian you could include parts of south america too.

I divided Mexico by its provinces, but I could make more territories. The more, the better.

I still think you should add more territories to Mexico. You're not splitting the US by the state either, so why would you stick with provinces?

Also, there's a tiny border error between Texas Panhandle and Santa Fe, and between Elko and Salt Lake City.

Lastly: Rename Texas Panhandle to Amarillo, Western Texas to Lubbock, Central Texas to Abilene, Oklahoma Panhandle to Woodward, Central Idaho to Kamiah, Northern California to Redding and Central California to Fresno.
