Blitz wins a 3v3, and the China match up ended up with an Outlaws win.
As it stands: - Outlaws still has 20 points to play (funny enough I am playing all these games xD). With a 2/3 point grabbing we should get 13.33 points there. - Blitz has 13 points left to play. Expecting a 2/3 score, Blitz should get 8.67 points.
Considering an earned points lead of 1 in favour of Outlaws, the expected lead is of 1+(13.33-8.67) = 5.67 points in favour of Outlaws, which is a lot considering the ammount of points left for grabs.
Since the last update: - earned points gap went from a +2 Outlaws lead to +1 - max points saw a lead increase, +8 for Outlaws against +4 last week - the expected points lead also went up for Outlaws, +5.67 now against +3.33 last week, a consequence of the China result. This increase was slowed down by a 3v3 win, but still hurts Blitz.

Has the Clan League council decided that Outlaws are replacing 101st? Or are you guys just hoping that if you keep referring to them as "Outlaws," it'll become true?

Hmmmm I'm not sure any decision has been taking regarding that yet. I was making 101st/Outlaws naming until not too far ago but that really happened to be a mess to read/write.
Regarding who takes the seat, I'd be honestly disapointed to get promoted to A and not play next season, and I believe that the same to be the views of pretty much all of the lineup currently composed of Outlaws players (only exception being Kantos that wasn't drafted by plat or never was in contact to "our group", but again he's more of a Lynx than an Outlaws).
I won't keep making lists of arguments of why I feel like Outlaws ended up deserving in my opinion this seat, as it's counter productive to make a huge debate off this here and just makes loads of forum drama. Let the council decide before any of us start whining off it's decision ;)

Jaymer, cut him a little slack. The fact that he left 101st for Outlaws does not diminish the pride and ownership he took of the role of CL participant and representative of the 101st, both as a member and later as he was still willingly representing the 101st to the best of his abilities from a different tag. The conflation of his two representative identities should not be held against him. He meant neither harm nor offense with his semantics.

Not trying to be hard on anyone, was actually curious about whether any decision had been made. I added what I meant to be a playful jab at the end because, regardless of any decision made, it does seem a little silly to refer to them as "Outlaws" this season when they entered as 101st, and that clan still exists. But like I said, just meant it as a playful jab, feel free to call them whatever you want. :)

The decision on the spot is being left entirely up to the clan league panel. Both parties are happy to go along with whatever decision they make and we trust that the panel will discuss the issue thoroughly before making such an important decision. Neither party wants to broadcast any views on this on the public forum and would prefer it be a private matter between us both and the clan league panel.
We just refer to 101st in this league as outlaws just for ease of reference since they are the outlaws members. Sorry for any confusion and no we're not being presumptuous lol just a habit of saying outlaws as we talk about clan league a lot in our clan chat :)

I agree 101%. For proof, just look at the predictions prior to this clan league. :-D
Seriously though, training tags will always be rated lower than their actual worth because the temperature is always cooler in the shade, and Lynx casts a mighty shadow.
Nobody knows how good the current 101st is or is not because they have not had an opportunity yet to prove themselves. To use the ladders as an analogy, they do not yet have enough completed games to be accurately ranked.

Easier way to break the tie, look at the games between the 3 first places, and take the team points difference for each game. The clan that got the higher points "lead", that being bigger lead when winning and smaller difference when losing, is the first.
This system benefits the clan that stalled the less his defeats and got the most consequent victory.
