Scandinavia prequalifers are up

Why don't you make all prequalifiers at the same time, instead of doing 1 by 1?

There aren't many South Africans, however I know a decent amount of Polish and I can speak Dutch.

Can I can represent either Poland or Netherlands.

If I can't join either then you can put me in a South African team with Australia or New Zealand since we are quite similar just that South Africa is much better in rugby and cricket

My guess is when enough people sign up? Do you guys have to have this done today? Or can it wait a bit. Big events like this take time to setup and get rolling.

I am from Serbia, and I would like to represent Serbia, however, I don't see Serbia on the list...
Could you add Serbia to Croatia for example?
