Today I write you, deeply saddened and with a heavy heart, for my appearance on this very stage serves the sole purpose of expressing my utter, gravest disappointment. For quite some time I have been following your equally ambitous and inspiring endeavour of achieving number one in the commonly recognized as supreme and most prestigous ladder on warlight and secretely but wholeheartedly supported it.
Beyond that I not only understood the perils that you and with you every rightous man with a rightous mission had and have yet to face, the stumbling blocks, thrown in your path by a jealous and encrusted agglomeration of formers, players who through advantage of time spend cheated their way in respectable circles of this realm and that now see their legitimation in the highest echolons of warlight hierachy threatened. Deedly moved I constantly admired the courage, with which you recklessly faced those tyrants openly in the public sphere, always considering your claim right and noble and at the same time promoted the commonly supported cause by turning the attention of all, the new and disenfranchised players, the passerbys, the infrequent forum pilgrims and of course the regulars of public chatter, to your tool of selfliberation and preservation. Your idea and let us not be too modest in speaking out that memorable truth is, considering the importance of that tremendous fartfetching, warlife changing ingeniuty, an almost messianic discovery:

But then, anxiously pondering over the latest developments in that fateful matter, I discovered it. It was a suspicion first, but with inexorable momentum, it turned into a sad certainty. You had abandoned me. I tried to reject that irrevocable truth at first, unable to bear the agony and humiliation that i had suffered by your hands, but it became clear to me that I had to accept that fact that i was in a state of denial.
Had you not only send almost every common man an invitation to take part in that historical mission, sparing me? I tried to find explanations, still full of faith in your wise and unrivalled judgement, seeing the reason of that unsettling circumstance in you having bigger plans for me, saving me for something greater, a time and a spot where also I could play my part in the delivery of greatness to this plane, to be the faithful tool of your glorious divination, the untiring mouth to spread your imperious word, the steady sword to fight your rigtheous battles and the unyielding shield to protect your eternal grace. But it was futile. Unerring truth was delivered timely and mercilessly in form of a seemingly harmless post of Timinator, revealing to me the soul shattering, formerly unthinkable.

If you do not care about appearing to be better than everyone else, then why have you been trying to get to the top of the clan order? VIW has never made a big deal out of being 'number 1'. You should take a leaf out of their book. Nobody should care that much about things as meaningless as cumulative points (see my last post).

heh, maybe not on public forums, but it was a pretty awesome party when we took the lead back from regl, but seriously, viw (and pretty much every other clan) doesnt care about the rankings on points because 1, points can be earned by terrible players like weisblut by lottery games, and 2, if you have 100 players level 2 you are "better" than 4 players level 49, so illuminati is only embarassing themselves by being below 20 even though they have 5x more players

You are right, we have wasted our time because you are a little kid who can't listen to people's arguments, maybe once you grow up in 10 years time we can have a real discussion, but I fear that until then you will remain like this.

Also saying we need to turn up to a realtime tourny to show we are better than you is flawed, since a multiday tourny with shit settings like that would hardly get any clans turning up, needing all of them at the same time makes it much less likely.
