7/11 : Cards Against Humanity day (yeah, I know it's supposed to mean something else, but it's not WL-related)

Law has passed meaning to say that all forumers must commit to and do these events. Any person who disobeys will be serverley punished.

Law is all said that celebration rituals wioll not allow any negative affects on the user that is celebrating.
