Progress is slow, but a few things have happened. My general observation is that group A is likely very uneven, since season 1 was the first, and some of the players who ended up in Group A probably belong to other groups, e.g. season 1's group B was very weak, yet propagated 3 players myself included. Based on other stats e.g. ladder success, I suspect Gibs, Buns157, huddyj and USA Biches will be competing for #1, but we'll see :)

- there is already at least one upset, since Gibs won vs. Buns157, yet lost to slydog384
- slydog384 lost all but one of his games and will likely be relegated
- Phillip B' was booted from 3 games, which is unfortunate as I think he rightfully was the strongest player in Season 1's group B
- most other wins were against booted Philip B and slydog384, so hard to make any conclusions

I suggested the idea last season of an elimination tournament to finish off the season with the top players in each group.

At this stage, my thoughts would be:

single elimination
16 players
A=top 4
B=top 3
C=top 3
D=top 2
E1=top 2
E2=top 2

I would need someone else to run the tournament, as I'm at maximum.

But what I would do is take top 3 out of each existing tournament
So 3 players each from 6 existing tournaments would make an 18player round robin which would be quite interesting because
The tournament is new to most and most would expect some fair deals going on
Lol even for me I would prefer the same
But its your desicion to make
I can volunteer if you want to continue your tournament for now
So that you can ease up your dashboard for a while

Here is the promotion/relegation that will be used at the end of this season. Please read and let me know what you think. Philip B' in group A is inactive (7 boots so far) and will be removed from the league. This opens up a few extra promotions over the other groups to fill the gap.

Group A: 1st-6th remain in Group A. 7th-9th relegate to Group B. Philip B' is removed from league.

Group B: 1st-3rd promote to Group A. 4th-7th remain in Group B. 8th-10th relegate to Group C.

Group C: 1st super-promotes to Group A. 2nd-4th promote to Group B. 5th-7th remain in Group C. 8th-10th relegate to Group D.

Group D: 1st-4th promote to Group C. 5th-7th remain in Group D. 8th-10th relegate to Group D.

I have won won all games, as Huddyj have noted :D. However everyhing is still open for 2nd with 7 players still having the possibility at ending up with 6. (Sultan and Dacian can even reach 7 if they win the rest). However most need to win a lot of games for this to happen. Right now Pantelas is in the hot seat after having won against lancegal and finished all his game. He will be hoping that noone wins consistently. On the third promotion spots is lancegal who can still get 2nd e.g. if Sultan and Darcian both ends up with 6 wins (in which case Sultan will be 3rd). Fierce battles for promotion. With regard to relagation it looks like Bayern and Diplomatic will take care of 2 relagation spots (10th possible being whoever losses their internal battle), leaving 1 relegation spot to whoever comes worst out of the bloody midtfield battle. Don't rule out the need for tiebreakers!

Well, well. ARand0mPlayer has lost twice since my last update, and everyone from Des upwards can finish with six wins or higher which is what indibob and KingNorbs currently sit on, and possibly win the league. Two relegation spots have been decided with DanetDuo finishing in either 8th or 9th place. CG can finish last or 9th. CG will finish last if ipg wins against CG or if ipg loses to him, but wins two or more out of his remaining three matches. CG will finish 9th if ipg loses all of his remaining matches- including the ipg vs CG match.

- No spot is decided, other than Philip B' being kicked out of the league. Most of my initial predictions were wrong :). It is funny how many tie-breakers are held in a circular manner: A beat B beat C beat A.

- TWOLKER may end up 1st, 2nd (if huddyj does well) and even 3rd (if USA Biches does exceptionally well, and huddyj does well). He has tie-breakers vs Lampião and mslasm.

- huddyj can be 1st (if he wins all games, or all but one and TWOLKER also losses his last game), or all the way down to 5th under certain conditions

- Lampião can be 2nd (if he win all games), and all the way to 6th (he is guaranteed to stay in the league)

- Buns157 can be 4th at best, as in any win combinations either mslasm or Gibs (both have wins vs Buns157) have at least as many wins - or Lampião has more wins. He is guaranteed to be better than slydog384 & kirdol, but may end up as low as 7th (first relegation spot)

- mslasm can be 2nd at best, 8th at worst

- Gibs can be 4th at best, 9th at worst

- kirdol can be 6th at best, 8th at worst

- slydog384, lost 5 of the first 6, but won 2 of last 3. Still at best he beats Gibs and USA Biches, which - according to new scheme for group A - means he will be relegated. 7th at best, 9th at worst.

- USA Biches is very slow, can be 1st at best, 9th at worst
