3v3 ladder? Fizzer doesn't know how to play team games and, so, he has no interest.

3v3 clot? It's been done a couple times I think. Both times the clots had fixed teams. The idea of fixed teams is a broken idea. No 3v3 clot has been successful with fixed teams. And there is a reason why. I could explain it. Or you could trust me.

I hear the masses clamoring for direction. "But, oh, Great Gui, what can be done?"

Fear not, masses (if a dozen people count), there is a solution!

1. Make a 3v3 Europe clot. Get a template from anyone but Size and Enuff. They are 0%SR devil worshippers.
2. Avoid the broken system of fixed teams. Use random teams with tiered prereqs.
3. Rate players based on individual results.
4. Use average team rating -- (A+B+C)/3 = Average Team ELO -- to determine post-game ELO changes: use Team A Average ELO and Team B Average ELO to determine how many points are won/lost due to the outcome of the game. Divide the points change by 3 and adjust each team member's individual ELO rating accordingly.
5. Advertise the ladder as something fun. People play as they please. Gradually, more will join.
6. If all this fails, the only solution is a Fizzerian official ladder (same guidelines), which will never happen. Catch-22. Go play a 1v1 ladder game or talk about clan shit. You'll forget 3v3 Europe ever existed.
