Beta phase 22:

 - Custom Scenarios are now available, that let you specify how your game starts territory-by-territory.
 - You can now save your game settings into personalized templates.
 - All of the single-player levels have been re-created as templates, which means you can customize them.
 - By combining custom scenarios and personalized templates, you can now design your own single player levels.
 
 - Brightened the army numbers on some colors so they're more readable.
 - The Create Game wizard was re-organized a bit so the game name is now entered at the end.
 - The two 1v1 auto games now use open seat prerequisites to prevent players with fewer than 5 completed games from joining.
 - The maximum direct boot time is now 100 days.
 - Fixed a bug that was causing "Recall Last Game" to appear when initially loading the Single Player tab.
 - Open games no longer show "Waiting on xxx" when there are unfilled open seats.
 - The Sanctions card percentage can no longer be set to less than -1000%.

2011-01-16:  Beta phase 22.1:

 - Game creators can now set the number of (or number of pieces of) each type of card that players start with at the beginning of the game.  Additionally, game creators can also now also set the number of pieces received per turn to zero.
 - WarLight now assists you in gloating about your wins on Facebook.
 - Added the "R" hotkey, which clicks the refresh button in the main game screen, the lobby, and My Games screen.
 - When accessing a template URL, WarLight now shows the name of the player who created it.
 - If you save a template then immediately create a game with it, the game now shows that it was created with that template.
 - In the custom scenario builder, you can now click on bonus links to highlight each bonus.
 - The blockade card multiplier now defaults to 4.0.
 - Players can no longer change their names to disguise themselves as an AI player.
 - The open games tab no longer hides open games you're in.
 - Some of the fog levels have been renamed.
 - Overridden bonuses values must now fall in the range -1000 and +1000.
 - Emails sent to map creators now contain a shortcut link back to view their map.
 - To save bandwidth, clicking "Single Player" or "Multi Player" while already on that tab will now just take you back to the root screen, rather than refreshing the entire page and having to re-load Flash.  If you really want to refresh the entire page, use your browser's refresh button.
 - Fixed a bug that caused some slot letters to not show up on the invite players screen.
 - Fixed a bug that caused an error if you pressed Z to commit your turn multiple times.
 - Fixed a bug that caused an error if an AI was left without any path to find an enemy.
 - Fixed a bug in the create game wizard that caused an error if you defined a scenario and then changed the map, but didn't fix the scenario.
 - Surrendering after committing your orders with instant surrender enabled now correctly shows your state as surrendered.
