Cookie Clicker is the game that made the idle game genre.

I too, would like to endorse this permanent arena. Messaged Fizzy boi with a similar suggestion: You can choose how many arenas you encounter in your map (kind of how you can pick how many ladder games you get invited to) so those who like the arena feature can get a lot of it, while those who just wanna play idle can set it to zero.

PS I'm not a member and have played arena games that are not SE. 2v2 Strat was a nightmare, got stuck with shitty teamates so many times...

I'm surprised to see so many people interested in arena whatsoever tbh. I play WZI to play WZI. I play WZC to play WZC -- of game configs I like/choose myself. I don't want to play WZI and get roped into WZC games with game settings I don't like and wouldn't actually join in WZC if left to my own devices.

Add in the wait times, the play times and the mess of actually having 2v2 games (has no business being in arena at all imho) and getting crappy partners, etc ... it's a terrible construct.

When I first saw the 'arena', I figured it would be a new construct within WZI that someone leverages your progress on the current map, tech upgrades and AP upgrades to someone pit you against another player in a unique WZI way. That actually sounded interesting. But when I found out it's just WZC with WZI rewards ... lost interest.

I don't see achievements for winning an arena game on each map (I may regret having said this if they suddenly show up in the next update), so I'm staying away.

Suggestion: It seems I receive the, " Skip Level" in the Powers section more than I would like to use.

I have 5, have not used yet, still receiving them. I would much rather receive much more useful option as probably all would.

Is it possible to stop the option after you are maxed out at 5, OR totally remove it from ether, 1) The 3 Door option, OR 2) From the map itself?

That would be terrible, then I would have to replay all the maps AGAIN...

Random teams are always very risky, play that template once for the achievement, than never play it again.....

Permanent Arena Battle is not good, like they say, players will be in that all the time. BUT, I have 2 Arenas in the map I am on now, so 2 battles is better. I will expect to see even more in the future as per Map Size I feel. Maybe 2 battles per a arena would work, but no more than that I feel. If they were to make them with winning NO Free Cache Bonus after the first match, it would be senseless to play.

I would like to say that raising the bonus AP to 50 coins instead of 30 coins is a big jump seeing as how I like to take advantage of it, but now I am having second thought of once I run out of my current coin supply, I will not bye more any time soon. But before at 30 coins, I was already sold, just so you know guys.

As for update on Skip Level idea, I see no reason to receive it more than 1 time per a game total. This would allow players to get 1 or 2 more helpful bonuses instead of 1,2,3 or 4 Skip level per a map. Over kill at this point. I do not see me using it at any time, makes no sense too me.
