I voted For Murk, Because he clearly put alot of work into the artistry of the map, and the research, to top it all off he made custom distributions.
Would be great for diplos and custom scenarios.

There are 3 Earth/globe maps, so Rise of Japan is more likely to win. Other maps might split the votes too much.
