I may have just missed somewhere but is there a max rating you can achieve and also is there a min?

looking at the program he is using, i can see it is setable i think, but not sure if he has set one yet..

seems like the program is set to -1500 to 1500.. but idk if fizzer intends to use those limitations.. *aka, 0-3000

I don't think ELO ratings have any max rating - there's only a set number of points circulating between players (everyone starts with 1500 and then they can lose or win some). Technically it would be possible to have max rating 1500*(number of players in ladder).

There probably needs to be some sort of cap in order to not create a tremendous points deflation if someone who has gathered a ton of points leaves the ladder.

Dragons, I believe this is why Fizzer implemented the 3 month limit (only games played in the last three months affect your rating/ranking).
